Q. How do I know where my application is in the process?
A. If you registered when you completed the application you may log on to the system to see a status update. Go to the career page and once on the job search page go to Log in Now and enter your user name and password to see your status.

Q. Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
A. Yes, the system will allow you to have three active applications at a time.

Q. Will I be contacted after applying?
A. You will be contacted only if chosen for an interview.

Q. What happens to my application when I apply on line?
A. Your application will be sent to the recruitment office for review. The Recruitment office will review your work history and skill set and compares it to the needs of the position you applied for. If it's determined that you meet the primary needs of the position your application will be forwarded to the hiring manager. Once reviewed by the hiring manager you will be contacted for an interview if your application qualifies you for an interview.

Q. I don't have a computer, how can I apply for a position?
A. You may visit our Human Resources office located at the hospital. We have a computer kiosk set up so that you may apply online. If applying through our kiosk you will not be able to attach a resume to your application. You may also visit your local library or copy center where a computer would be available.

Q. I don't have an email address, how can I register my application so I can check my status?
A. We encourage you to take advantage of free email accounts through the internet. Some examples would be Hotmail and Yahoo.

Q. How long is my application kept on file?
A. If you registered when you applied initially, you will be able to log back into your original application to update information and apply for future positions. Applying once does not automatically make you an applicant for future similar positions. We welcome you to visit our website often to review new positions and when interested to reapply.

Q. Can I be contacted when a new position opens up?
A. Yes, you may create a job agent, from the job search page of our website. You will be asked to choose job titles that you would be interested in. The system will automatically email you when any position opens with that job title.

Q. The application doesn't seem to open?
A. Our application is opened through a pop up window. If the application does not open you will want to turn off your pop up blocker on your internet explorer.

Q. How do I know my application has been received?
A. You will receive an email confirmation sent to the address you entered on your application.

Q. What does per diem mean?
A. Per diem employees are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are not eligible to receive benefits.
