Families Hoping and Coping
A support group for family members and loved ones of those facing addiction. Provides a safe and confidential place to learn about treatment resources for your loved ones. Meet with parents, family members and loved ones of addicts who can share their stories and discuss the challenges, the heartbreak, and the obstacles. Group meets second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7pm at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in the DeColfmaker Conference Room, Garrison Wing. Food Addicts in Recovery

HOPE (Helping Others Positive Encouragement)
HOPE is a peer self-help group for families with loved ones suffering from substance abuse. HOPE's mission is to provide a safe and confidential environment for families of loved ones suffering from addiction. Alzheimer's Support Group

Brain Injury/Brain Tumor Support Group

NAMI for the Mentally Ill Support Group

Recipe of the Month Club For People With Diabetes

LOSS AND GRIEVING RESOURCES
GAP - Grieving Assistance Support Group
For people in various stages of grief who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Meets on the first and third Monday of the month from 6:30 - 9:00 pm in the Belknap Room at Frisbie's Community Education & Conference Center, located on the hospital campus. Seacoast Pregnancy and Infant Loss Council
A support group for families who have experienced a loss of a baby through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, or newborn death. Meetings are held every week for a 6 week period. The groups will be facilitated by persons trained in pregnancy and infant loss.
The SPILC is a collaboration of the seacoast hospitals, represented by Exeter Hospital, Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, and York Hospital.
