Mental and Behavioral Health Services for Older Adults
Geriatric Psychiatry Outpatient services specializes in diagnosing and providing medical care to adults, age 65 years and older, who are struggling with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, behavioral issues, major depression, or mental illness. We accept referrals from family caregivers, health care providers, home care agencies, mental health centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.
Our medical team is comprised of geriatric psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, and OT/PT staff all working together to address the mental, physical, and social needs of our patients.
Outpatient services include medication management and psychotherapy. Our physicians see patients at the hospital and also at the contracted facilities listed below. Patients may be referred by their primary care provider or may self-refer.

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
