Most appointments for Frisbie Memorial Hospital services are made through your primary care provider's office. Your provider will call our Scheduling Department with specific medical information to book an appointment with us here at the hospital. If you are unsure about whether or not you have booked an appointment for service here at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, please contact your primary care provider for assistance.
Pre-Registration
Pre-registration is a function performed within the hospital by members of our Registration Department. Patients can pre-register for same day surgery, for tests or procedures that have been scheduled by your doctor, and for procedures or treatment that requires a stay in the hospital.
If you are unsure of your registration status when you arrive at the hospital for services, please check in at the registration desk and they will direct you appropriately. The registration staff is always available to assist you with directions to all appointments.

Patient and Family Information The Patient Information Guide has been prepared to address questions you may have concerning your hospital stay. If you have other questions, please discuss them with our Patient Registration staff at (603) 330-7900 ext. 4001.
Assistive Services and Devices for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Frisbie Memorial Hospital is committed to providing meaningful and equal access to medical services and programs by facilitating communication of essential information to all of our patients and/or companions in a language and manner they understand. Every effort will be made to provide an assistive service, aide, or device in a timely manner. These services will be provided on a 24-hour basis and will be provided free of charge.
