Most appointments for Frisbie Memorial Hospital services are made through your primary care provider's office. Your provider will call our Scheduling Department with specific medical information to book an appointment with us here at the hospital. Pre-Registration

Pre-registration is a function performed within the hospital by members of our Registration Department. Patients can pre-register for same day surgery, for tests or procedures that have been scheduled by your doctor, and for procedures or treatment that requires a stay in the hospital.

If you are unsure of your registration status when you arrive at the hospital for services, please check in at the registration desk and they will direct you appropriately. The registration staff is always available to assist you with directions to all appointments.
