Important: Please read prior to enrolling – Information will become available in My Frisbie CONNECT only after an appointment with your provider or after a visit at Frisbie Memorial Hospital scheduled on or after February 1, 2017. For patients with a FollowMyHealth account: Information in your FollowMyHealth record will continue to be available to you. However, after January 31, 2017, no new information will flow into FollowMyHealth.
