FOLLOW MY HEALTH PATIENT PORTAL

I have a portal account already through FollowMyHealth. Why do I need to sign up for My Frisbie CONNECT?

Beginning February 1, 2017, all health information will flow into My Frisbie CONNECT, the new and improved, fully integrated personal electronic health record. Unlike FollowMyHealth, with My Frisbie CONNECT, most of your health information (laboratory results, radiology reports, and office visit summaries) from Frisbie Memorial Hospital and its Physician Practice Services (primary and specialty care) will flow into one medical record so that you have convenient and secure access to the most accurate and up-to-date information in one location!

Will I still have access to my FollowMyHealth account?
