Geriatric Psychiatry - Inpatient

Geriatric Psychiatry Inpatient services diagnoses and treats patients, age 65 years and older, who are struggling with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, behavioral issues, major depression or mental illness. We accept referrals from many sources, including family caregivers, health care providers, home care agencies, mental health centers, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

Our team is comprised of geriatric psychiatrists, a nurse practitioner, nurses, social workers, and therapists working together to help patients live as comfortably as possible. To learn more, download our brochure.

Inpatient Visiting Hours:
Visitors are asked to come on weekdays from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., and on weekends from 1 to 8 p.m. Exceptions are made based upon special needs of patients or their families. Please discuss your needs with the nurse when your loved one is admitted. When entering, visitors are asked to report to the nursing station. Tricia Mendoza, MD
Dr. Mendoza earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Thomas, Manila, Philippines. Dr. Mendoza is board certified by the American Board of Geriatric Psychiatry and Neurology.

Namratha Boda, MD
Dr. Boda earned her medical degree from Sri Devraj URS Medical College, and completed her residency in psychiatry from Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, and fellowship from Beth Israel Medical Center in geriatric psychiatry.

Salud Mendoza, MD
Dr. Mendoza earned her medical degree from De La Salle University of Health Sciences. She completed her internship at Manila Doctors Hospital and her residency at Wayne State University of Medicine in Michigan. Dr. Mendoza is board certified by the American Board of Geriatric Psychiatry and Neurology.

Melissa Kuntz, MSW
Melissa Kuntz earned her Master's of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire.
