Geriatric Psychiatry - Outpatient
Outpatient services of the Geriatric Psychiatry program at Frisbie Memorial Hospital specialize in diagnosing and providing medical care to adults, age 65 years and older, who are struggling with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, behavioral issues, major depression or mental illness. We accept referrals from family caregivers, health care providers,  home care agencies, mental health centers, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
Our medical team is comprised of geriatric psychiatrists, a nurse practitioner, nurses, social workers, and therapists working together to help patients live as comfortably as possible.
Outpatient Services
Outpatient treatment may include medication management, cognitive therapy, and/or psychotherapy. Our physicians see patients at the hospital and also at the contracted facilities listed below. Patients may be referred by their primary care provider or may self-refer.
Outpatient Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
