Geriatric Psychiatry - Outpatient

Geriatric Psychiatry Outpatient services specializes in diagnosing and providing medical care to adults, age 65 years and older, who are struggling with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, behavioral issues, major depression or mental illness. We accept referrals from family caregivers, health care providers, home care agencies, mental health centers, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

Our medical team is comprised of geriatric psychiatrists, a nurse practitioner, nurses, social workers, and therapists working together to help patients live as comfortably as possible.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient treatment may include medication management, cognitive therapy, and/or psychotherapy. Our physicians see patients at the hospital and also at the contracted facilities listed below. Patients may be referred by their primary care provider or may self-refer.

Outpatient Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Outpatient psychiatric services provide patients with medication and psychotherapy at the following facilities:

The Geriatric Psychiatry Outpatient Medical Team:

Tricia Mendoza, MD
Dr. Mendoza earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Thomas, Manila, Philippines. Dr. Mendoza is board certified by the American Board of Geriatric Psychiatry and Neurology

Namratha Boda, MD
Dr. Boda earned her medical degree from Sri Devraj URS Medical College, and completed her residency in psychiatry from Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, and fellowship from Beth Israel Medical Center in geriatric psychiatry.

Salud Mendoza, MD
Dr. Mendoza earned her medical degree from De La Salle University of Health Sciences. She completed her internship at Manila Doctors Hospital and her residency at Wayne State University of Medicine in Michigan. Dr. Mendoza is board certified by the American Board of Geriatric Psychiatry and Neurology.
 
Tracy George, LICSW
Tracy George earned her Master's of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. Tracy is licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health Practice.
