All exams are performed by a registered technologists and/or registered diagnostic medical sonographers operating under radiologist supervision, in a warm and friendly environment. Radiologists read exams every day so your results are usually available to your provider within 24 hours.

Outpatient Hours

CT Scan

Detailed head, body, bone and blood flow images of disease, trauma, blood clots or infection.

Fast, accurate imaging; Low-radiation dose; 128-slice and 64-slice CTs; CT biopsy guidance. Oncology patient PET/CT prep information can be found here. Monday-Friday, 8am to 7pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 3pm
MRI Exquisite detail of the brain, spine, bone and joints, nerves, tissue and blood flow for precise diagnosis Larger opening for a more comfortable experience; quiter than conventional models; Feet first for most procedures. MRI patient prep information can be found here.   Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 8:30pm; Saturday, 8am to 4pm

Breast MRI

Screening for high-risk women, known breast cancer or breast implants State-of-the-art breast MR imaging Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 8:30pm

Ultrasound

Fetal surveys, abdomen, OG/GYN, ultrasound guided procedures. For detailed exam and preparation information, click here. ACR Accredited ultrasound lab; Registered diagnostic medical sonographers; same day appointments Monday-Friday, 7am to 8:30pm

Nuclear Medicine

Specialized metabolic imaging of many conditions, including cancer involving skeletal, pulmonary, renal, hepatic, lymphatic, neuroendrine, and cardiac systems. Therapy treatment available for hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancer. Exam preparation information can be found here.

Dual head variable angle SPECT Gamma camera; shorter imaging times.

PET Scan

Image metabolic changes at the cell level to detect disease, especially cancer Expanded service now available every week. Oncology patient PET/CT prep information can be found here. Friday, 6:30am to 11:30am

X-Ray

Images of bone, chest and abdomen for disease and injury. Fluoroscopy procedures available. Walk-in X-ray seven days a week; Fluoroscopy is an imaging technique that uses X-rays to obtain real-time moving images of the internal structures of a patient through the use of a fluoroscope. A physician order is required for a fluoroscopy procedure.

General radiology services (chest or extremity X-ray, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day);

  • White Mountain Medical Center: X-ray walk-ins Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am - 1:00pm
  • Barrington Walk-In Care: X-ray walk-ins Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am - 3:00pm and Sunday, 9:00am - 3:00pm
