Pulmonology Rehabilitation
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program takes a comprehensive approach to helping patients manage chronic lung diseases such as emphysema, asthma, cystic fibrosis and chronic bronchitis.
The program is staffed with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians and ancillary staff. This interdisciplinary team works with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that is designed to improve the patient's quality of life. Using exercise, education and support the team helps each patient to achieve personalized goals.
Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

A physician referral is required for participation in the program.
