Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

Frisbie's Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is designed to help advance the care of patients recovering from a heart attack or cardiac surgical procedure. A combination of supervised exercise sessions and educational programs regarding heart-healthy living practices give patients the opportunity to regain health and reduce risk factors. A physician referral is required for participation in the program.
