The Center for Cancer Care & Hematology

Compassionate Care with Hope and Excellence

A cancer diagnosis can be an overwhelming and frightening experience - the uncertainty of what lies ahead, or the loss of control over everday life. With Frisbie Memorial Hospital's expanded clinical affiliation with Lahey Health patients have the added comfort of knowing that comprehensive cancer and hematology care is now available, close to home.

The Center for Cancer Care and Hematology at Frisbie Memorial is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of specialists working together to provide innovative care to patients. Now, Frisbie's Oncologists and Hematologists have access to Lahey Health's advanced clinical training, and the opportunity to participate on Lahey Health Tumor Boards, which will afford direct access to specialists during patient case reviews. With the recommendation of the oncologists, patients will also have access to Lahey's clinical trials, which evaluate new and innovative cancer treatments.
