We offer complete health care services, by appointment, for the entire family, including:
- Annual routine physicals
- Childhood immunizations
- Referrals to other health care specialists
- Prescription refills
- Same day acute care visits often possible
- Onsite Licensed Social Worker (LICSW) for established patients

Payment and Insurance: All major insurance carriers are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Prescription Information: There is a 24-business hour turnaround for prescription renewals and refills. Requests cannot be filled after normal office hours. Please try to plan ahead so you do not run out of medication at night or on the weekend.

Nancy Blatt, DO
|Nancy Blatt received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the San Diego State University. She obtained her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Blatt completed her residency at the University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Blatt is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physician and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Blatt has been with Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Barrington Family Practice since 2011.
Tamara Shilling, DO
|Dr. Shilling earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Dr. Shilling is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.|
Ray Wilt, DO
|Dr. Wilt earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Wilt is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice. |
Tara Fraser, PA-C
|Tara Fraser, PA-C, obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Biology from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and received her Master’s of Science in the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Piscataway, New Jersey. Tara Fraser is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and has been with Frisbie Memorial Hospital and the Barrington Family Practice and Walk-In Care since 2004.|
Linda Demo, LICSW
|Linda Demo, LICSW earned a Bachelor's degree of Science in Human Services Management in 2004 from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass. and her Masters-level certification in Addiction Counseling. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, New Hampshire Chapter. Linda Demo specializes in adolescent behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and works with parents of children with behavioral issues for added parental support. She has been with Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Barrington Family Practice since 2013.||
