Tyler Edwards, MD
|Dr. Edwards received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Pennsylvania State University in 1995, and his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at McKay Dee Family Practice in Ogden, Utah. He has practiced as both an emergency room and urgent care physician. Dr. Edwards is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association and the Utah Medical Association.|
Kyle Murray, MD
|Dr. Murray received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Conn. He completed his residency from Memorial Hospital/Brown University in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Dr. Murray is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.|
Steven Olive, MD
|Dr. Olive obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Psychology from Boston University in Boston, Mass. He received his medical degree from Boston University of Medicine and completed his residency at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Olive has a special interest in Sports Medicine. Dr. Olive joined Family Care of Farmington in 2006. |
Jacqueline Elliott, APRN
|Jacqueline Elliott received her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of New Hampshire. She is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Board in Family Practice.|
Lori Wood, APRN
|Lori Wood received her Master's Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts. She earned her post-graduate degree from Simmons College. Ms. Wood is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Board in Family Practice.|
Susan Hamann, MS, LMFT
|Susan Hamann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire as well as her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Hamann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and has experience as a Clinical Therapist and Family Counselor.||
