Transportation Services

The following organizations provide transportation services to eligible persons (riders may need to complete application process in advance to determine eligibility). Most require at least 48 hours’ notice, so plan ahead and call more than two days in advance. For route information, eligibility requirements and fees, call transportation company and telephone number listed below. Information and programs are subject to change so check with organization to verify service availability.

For Patients with Private Insurance

Many insurance providers offer transportation to medical appointments for its members. To find out if your insurance provider offers these services, call the telephone number on the back of your insurance card to speak with a customer service representative.

ADA Paratransit

Community Action Partnership

Transportation services for people age 60 years and older to medical appointments. For more information call (603) 817-8207 or visit straffordcap.org. A $2 donation is suggested.

Community Rides

Granite State Independent Living

Ready Rides

For Medicaid Recipients & NH Healthy Families

Transportation services listed below are available to qualified individuals; must be a NH Medicaid recipient or a NH Healthy Families member.
