Frisbie Memorial Hospital’s Endoscopy services performs the following inpatient and outpatient endoscopic procedures:
- Upper GI endoscopy
- Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP): A specialized technique used to study the bile ducts, pancreatic duct and gallbladder.
- Endobronchial Ultrasound Bronchoscopy (EBUS): A minimally invasive procedure used to diagnose lung cancer, infections, and other diseases causing enlarged lymph nodes in the chest.
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS): A minimally invasive procedure used to examine your esophageal and stomach linings, as well as the walls of your upper and lower gastrointestinal tract, to assess gastrointestinal and lung diseases.
