Frisbie Memorial Hospital provides care to all people regardless of ability to pay. We do request that prior to discharge, every effort is made to arrange payment for your stay. Frisbie Memorial accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Champus, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including Anthem/Pathways), Veterans Choice, and all other insurance. You may also pay your bill online. If you have questions about your bill, are seeking an itemized bill, are unable to pay your bill in full and would like to set up a payment plan OR if you would like to add an open account to a current payment plan, please call the Customer Service Department at (866) 645-8905 or (603) 292-0971, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excludes Federal holidays).

Billing & Collections Policy

Frisbie Memorial Hospital has initiated a program to assist patients to determine patients’ health insurance benefit coverage and financial responsibility due at the time of service. During the pre-registration / registration process, we will contact your health insurance provider to determine the amount of your co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible (if applicable). For uninsured patients, we request a deposit at the time of service. Payments may be paid in cash, or by check, debit or credit card.

We understand that the need for medical services can be unexpected and that patients may have difficulty paying in full all expenses associated with the care they have received. Part of our mission at Frisbie Memorial Hospital includes offering financial assistance to patients who need help paying for their hospital bill. Our Customer Service team is available to discuss payment plan options. Frisbie offers two options:

    1. If you have no insurance, or have Medicare only, and want to apply for financial assistance, or if you want to receive information about other options such as Medicaid, please contact a Financial Counselor during business hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM:
      • If your last name begins with A-K, please call (603) 335-8109.
      • If your last name begins with L-Z, please call (603) 335-8885
    2. If you are unable to pay your bill in full and would like to set up a payment plan, or if you would like to add an open account to a current payment plan, please call Frisbie’s Customer Service department at (866) 645-8905 or (603) 292-0971, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (excludes Federal holidays).
