Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic therapy facilitates muscle relaxation and circulation to decrease pain and sensitivity and improve body awareness, balance, stability and strength. The therapy is performed one-on-one, offsite in a pool with warm water (92 degrees), which supports joints by reducing gravitation pull. Aquatic therapy is for individuals of all ages. You do not need to be a swimmer to participate.
