DOT Medical Services

Seacoast Redicare provides comprehensive DOT services to employers and owners/operators. Our certified medical examiners understand the unique Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements to ensure a driver is fit to drive a commercial motor vehicle. In addition to a physical exam to obtain a medical card, we offer drug and alcohol testing services.

To ensure that there are no lapses in your certification, please call to schedule your DOT exam in advance of your current expiration date. If you have questions prior to your exam, call (603) 692-6066 and ask to speak to a clinical staff person.

Preparing for Your DOT Medical Exam

  • All drivers must bring a complete list of medications including the dosage.
  • You will need a note from your treating physician stating that you are safely able to drive a commercial motor vehicle if you are taking medication for:

    • Or taking a controlled substance or any medication that may cause sedation
